"After using a travel system for the last 8 months, we needed something not so bulky but also comfortable and stylish....this Maclaren fits the bill! We use it on a daily basis and it is so comfortable to push, our daughter finds it very cosy in the cold weather. The design and colours just finish it off perfectly. There are really no bad points to mention, no pushchair is 100% ideal but nothing worrying stands out with the Techno XLR."

"I bought the Maclaren XLR for my 6 week old as I needed a pushchair suitable from birth to take on holiday. I had a Maclaren with my son a few years ago and was happy to buy Maclaren again. I'm so pleased with it that I've been using it every day (instead of my bulky pramette) since i've had it and we haven't been on holiday yet!! I find it so light weight and a pleasure to push around. It's very easy to unfold and fold back up. The hood has an extendable section which has been really useful as she is lying down on the most reclined position, so the sun is in her face most of the time. This extra section of the hood is a brilliant idea. The only downside that I can think of is the size and accessibility of the basket, but you can't have everything!"

"This is the third pushchair I have bought for my little girl, and I honestly love it! Didn't buy it until baby was 12 months old, as felt she was getting too big for her other buggy already, but this one's great! Loads of room and she looks really comfy. Wheels starting squeaking pretty quickly after not much use, but was told to use silicone spray (Costs about a fiver) - Just give it a spray every few weeks and it's great. Can't access basket when pushchair lying flat, but can easily hang things on handles as still sturdy, so not really a problem. Can take all the covers off and put through wash, looks good as new even when been covered in all sorts! So much room for my little girl, I'm sure it'll last years, and you can tell it's good quality too. Very easy to put up and down with one hand with practice - Even the grandparents can do it! Very stylish to look at, and padded seat liner comfy. Don't need to buy a parasol as you can unzip the hood to become sunscreen. I've got a golf and quite large in boot, but still got room for shopping. Raincover fits easily and nicely too. Overall, excellent and worth the money. Although I didn't use it on young baby myself, I can imagine the seat might be a little large for a young baby. No pushchair's perfect though, so 10/10 for effort!"

"Fab pushchair one of the best and Ive had many only con is that Im short (5ft) and the handles are quite high even on the lowest setting, that said I'd still buy it again and recommend to a friend. Also doesn't fold small but Ive got a big boot so doesn't bother me!"
